Drastic Rate Reduction to Save You
Money!!!!!!!
In today's economy everyone is giving something to keep our economy
booming. I too am doing my part by giving all clients (potential, new, loyal,
and previous) a drastic price reduction.
Old Rate - $35 per hour before all discounts and specials.
NEW RATE - $15 per hour. I am so excited to be able to offer this to my
clients. I only except work on a retainer basis. Retainers begin on the 1st of
the month and retainer fees are due at the beginning of the retainer period. I
will prorate the first month if beginning after the 15th of the month.
Here are my new retainer options and rates:
$150 for 10 hours of work,
$290 for 20 hours ($10 savings),
$430 for 30 hours ($20 savings), or
$570 for 40 hours ($30 savings).
All hours worked over the alloted retainer hours are billable at $15 p/h. Any
unused hours will not be rolled over unto the next retainer period.
DISCOUNTS AND SPECIALS: Because of this drastic reduction, the only
discount I currently offer is my "New Client Referral Discount". My "New Client
Referral Discount" is 1 hour free service for every 10 hours of work billed to
the New Client for the first month of service.
Remember, following are just some of Services that I can assist you with:
* Verbal Communications - Client and/or Customer Inbound/Outbound Telephone Calls
and/or Instant Messages (No solicitation projects will be accepted).
* Written Communications - Creating/Writing/Editing/Typing - Letters, Documents, Grants,
Creative Writing, Spreadsheets, Training Manuals, Employee Handbooks, Web Pages and more.
* Email Management - Sorting, Filing, Deleting, Correspondence, etc.
* Proof Reading with or without Research
* Calendar Management - Coordinating, Scheduling, Confirming
* Data Entry - Database Create/Maintain
* Transcription Services - (some prefer to pay by the audio hour, in that instance the
rate changes to $100 per audio hour and all discounts are waived).
* General Bookkeeping - AP/AR; QuickBooks Pro 2010
* Wedding/Event/Conference Coordinating/Planning - Coordinating Events (both
virtual/public and business/private) * Travel Arrangements (Domestic and International) * Hotel
Reservations * Conference Room Set-up * Break Out Sessions * Event Activities/Games
* Catering * Hosting * Invitations * Name tags * Sign-in Sheets * Collecting of Fees *
Preparing of Documents/Materials * Thank You Notes, and more
* Designing/Creating/Editing Marketing Materials - Brochures, Letterhead, Business Cards,
Fliers, Power Point Presentations, etc., Mass Mail of Marketing Materials, Mass Reproduction of
Marketing Materials.
* Research Services - Advanced Internet and Library
* Personal Assistant Services - Paying Bills, Online Shopping, Keeping Track of Loved One's
Special Days (Birthday, Anniversary, Graduation, etc.), Maintaining Social Network, Keeping
Track of Personal Calendar (Doctor Appointments, School Activities, etc.)
* Additional Services Not Mentioned - You Name "It", I will do the best I can to provide "It".
** IT Services - Although we are continually learning and willing to learn new skills, once
in a while a client wants/needs an IT Service that QBS cannot provide (or has not yet
learned and the client has a tight schedule). If that happens, QBS can search for the
appropriate outside source to fulfill those needs and the rates will then be at the rate
accessed by the outside source (as these services usually require more skills) - At QBS
we can Create Site and/or Pages, Upload Photos, Create/Insert Links, Create Subscription
Services (i.e. Newsletters), Set up Commerce Page with Payment Options (i.e. Credit Card, PayPal,
etc.), Any additional IT Services Requested - You Name "It" and I will do the Best I can to Provide
"It".
